WHAT TIME ARE 1 on 1 SESSIONS?

I am a stay at home mom and want to help as many moms as possible! If you are flexible, so am I. If there isn't a time listed that works for you, please send me an email!

CAN I AFFORD THIS?

Asynchronous meet ups are the most affortable. Most other pregnancy and postpartum therapy can be up to $100-200 a session.  I want to make sure as many women can heal and thrive without money being an issue. 

WHAT WILL WE COVER?

Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Therapy is not just a fitness routine; it's a transformative journey that guides you towards reclaiming your strength, restoring balance, and fostering a deep connection with your body. Every woman's body is unique and every story is different. I will walk with you to make sure you start t0 thrive again!

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?

It depends on what are your goals- running a marathon or being able to play with your kids again. I would say that typically you can expect to spend about 3-4 days a week doing 15 minutes of exercises. 

Taking time for yourself is an acknowledgement of God’s desire for you to live Life Abundantly.
